The overall size of the building will measure 10m x 5m, the games room will include storage area complete with door. The building will also include small bathroom facility’s, which will include toilet and basin. The external roof finish is box profile. The garden room is manufactured using SIP Panels throughout providing excellent U Values.
The garden room is clad externally with Western Red Cedar. Complete with a large composite anthracite grey deck to the front elevation.
All windows and doors are UPVC finished in anthracite grey as standard.
Internally the garden room is complete with plasterboard skim finish to walls and ceiling. Electrics include downlights in brushed steel, power sockets in white with upgraded heater in brushed steel.
