Approached by a Greek company, to supply and install a security lodge within there gardens of a manor house located in Virginia Waters Surrey. With a tight time scale required, Bridge Garden Rooms created a luxurious security lodge to include a fully functional kitchen and bathroom, with a double bedroom to include fitted wardrobes. With there requirements in mind, hours of preperation went into planning prior to the build, with the language barrier in mind, this sometimes proved difficult. As you can see from the stunning pictures, the lodge was created to a high standard including a high gloss integeral kitchen, underfloor heating throughout the lodge, the bathroom consisting of basin toilet, with a quad electric shower, all fixtures included.
Connections to main services were completed by Bridge Garden Rooms with the minimal disruption possible to the client.
All electrics were included, power sockets, down lighting, heating, water heaters supplied and fitted to provide the lodge with water, hard wired smoke detectors.
All building control was controlled by Bridge Garden Rooms, with no issues throughtout the build.
The building externally was finished with Western Red Cedar, a large step was manufactured to gain access, with a slate trim finish around the lodge.
