"For most of us our first interaction with a company is through their website and via previous customer reviews, all of which in Bridge Timber's case were excellent. For us we also had the benefit of being recommended them by a friend of a friend.
From the very beginning of our journey with Bridge Timber we felt we were in good hands, from the level of flexibility in regards to the design input through to the expedience of communication with the office team (Becky and Kerri).
When work began the first two guys building our room (Alex and Martin) were very friendly and clear on their scope of work. All our questions were confidently answered and it made the experience relaxing. These guys worked hard, even through the rain, and we enjoyed our first week with them.
In the second week the job was handed over to another team (Dan and Lewis). This isn't a typical scenario for Bridge Timber but circumstances dictated this and they handed over the work seamlessly and again we felt confidence in the work they did. They too did an excellent job and we enjoyed having them over for the second week.
In addition to the joiners the Plasterer (Gaz) and Electrician (Neil and two others) worked really well with the joiners building the room and both produced a high standard of work.
Both teams are an absolute credit to the company, the end product "our garden" room is stunning and we are thrilled with it. Bridge Timber should be very proud and we can't recommend them highly enough. The garden room is genuinely a life changer for us as it allows us to free up a spare room for expanding our family."
