The stunning structure measures 6m x 6.8m with Aluminium bi-fold doors to the front elevation. The building has been clad with Western Red Cedar externally. Internally the building has been finished with commercial laminate flooring, with plasterboard skim finish to walls and ceiling. Electrics include downlights, consumer unit, power sockets with heating. The building has a seperate toilet section to the internal with an attractive internal timber door.
