Recently installed is this stunning Garden room, with Acoustic upgrade. The structure externally is clad with Western Red Cedar, UPVC windows and doors in our standard colour fitted to compliment the building. Internally the building has been completed with commercial grade laminate flooring and plasterboard skim walls and ceiling. The basic acoustic upgrade consists of double plasterboard, with a triple glaze in windows and doors. The electrical package consists of downlights, power sockets, consumer unit and standard white heater. A 1m thermowood deck to the front elevation to complete.
