This client requested a 10m x 6m Bespoke Garden Room to be clad with Western Red Cedar. Built to the customer specificiation the building was completed with 1m overhang to the front of the structure with 0.3m overhang to the sides of the structure, giving added features. The garden room is fully insulated with SIPs (structure insulated panels), and clad with western red cedar. The customer recieved a plasterboard skim internal finish with internal LED brushed aluminium downlights to allow additonal lighting. Heating consisted of one brushed aluminium wall heater. Commercial grade laminate flooring was laid to the floor, with skirting to complete. Additional feature includes the aluminium 3panel bi-fold doors, giving an outdoor living feeling for summer the months.
