Recently installed is this 4m x 3.5m Pent Roof Garden Room, Insulated with SIPs (Structual Insulated Panels) the structure is cladded with Western Red Cedar Timber giving a modern finish. Giving the garden room a 0.6m overhang to the front and 0.3m overhang to the sides, this garden room is completed to a hight professional standard. UPVC doors and windows installed in our standard anthricite grey colour. Internally this garden room has a plasterboard skim finish with 8 x internal G10 Spotlights giving off plenty of light, as well as the natural light from the 1650mm double doors. External spotlights fitted into the soffitt of the overhang gives extra light on our winter months. Commercial grade laminate flooring laid to the internal structure and finsihed with timber skirting.
