This stunning large structure manufactured for a client who requested a double garage, living space with a storage garage. Bridge Garden rooms provided just that.

The overall structure measures 12m x 7 the external elevations are clad in Western Red Cedar, complete with anthracite grey box profile roof system which is standard on our product ranges, finished with a anthracite matching flashing to all elevations
All the windows and doors supplied are UPVC and finished in our standard anthracite grey colour. Providing two fixed windows to either side of the double doors, gives the building additional natural light.

Internally to the living area, the structure was finished as standard with plasterboard and skim finish to the walls and ceiling, the double garage internally clad with Western Red Cedar, the storage finished with OSB. Internally to the living area is commercial grade laminate flooring. Our electrical package consists of LED down lights, power sockets, and white heater which can be upgraded to brushed steel.

All our buildings are manufactured with SIPS (Structural Insulated panels) as standard, 100mm to wall and floor with 150mm to the ceiling.
